Global Leaders Symposium is an empowered leadership program publicly open to all fellows of SiNetwork hungry for personal and societal leadership. This program is geared and designed to transform followers into leaders and leaders into agents of change through its various activities. Individuals will practically be groomed, coached, mentored, trained, exposed, assigned responsibilities and challenging tasks to execute in their respective localities or locations through the activities. The network supports and keep track of each fellows’ efforts and results. Individuals will be accountable to give report to the entire team on their progress during meeting days. During this program, fellows will thoroughly be educated on what it takes to be a TRUE LEADER and how to eventually BECOME ONE. As potential torch bearers, fellow leaders will be tasked groups to manage, impact and influence with their leadership and are required to meet their target based on the long or short term goals as well as plan of actions each individual desire to achieve. Through this program, it is the aim of the network to produce more leaders in the society while driving the leaders to pass on the baton and do the same. In GL-Symposium, we dream and envision a GLOBAL NETWORK COMMUNITY where there are no followers, but community full of LEADERS. We are committed to support & promote this MOVEMENT massively and gently be a VOICE OF LEADERSHIP in the society while extending hands of partnership to fellows across the GLOBE. We believe EVERYONE IS BORN A LEADER. TRAPPED IN EVERY FOLLOWER IS A HIDDEN, POTENTIAL & TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER. GLS-YMPOSIUM is here to challenge the system, crush the status quo and kill the mindset that LEADERSHIP IS FOR SPECIFIC SET OF PEOPLE; a cultural and societal ideology, concept and myth that have sent many to their graves; not actualizing and discovering their gift and full potential for leadership. We believe God’s purpose for creating us is to BE A FELLOWER, but to DARE A LEADER (Genesis 1:28).
Leaders’ meeting holds virtually every SATURDAYS, 1-3pm (GMT) via ZOOM. All leaders are required to be punctual in meetings.
