Every first month (third week) of each quarter is our AWARENESS DAY centered on projecting SINETWORK to the world and maximizing our outreach to increase our visibility, hype our social media pages, grow our fellowship, dialogue with media outlets and educate the masses on the importance of the network.
To tactically help achieve this agenda, below are our PLAN OF ACTIONS from DAY 1 to 7.
DAY 1: Monday
Fellows change their DP to the network’s LOGO both on their WhatsApp and across their social media pages.
Fellows post the network’s social media artworks and links on their status and timelines to encourage people to follow us.
DAY 2: Tuesday
Fellows’ 2-3mins video each (expressing why they join the network, what they admire about the network, how they have been impacted and reasons why people should join) are posted on all the network’s social media. Fellows are encouraged to LIKE, COMMENT & SHARE the posted videos on their pages as well. NOTE: Only a maximum of 5 Videos are posted.
Fellows post the network’s WEBSITE ADDRESS on their status to encourage viewers to know more about the network, explore the site and make the best use of the information therein.
DAY 3: Wednesday
We go all out (individually or in group) as FELLOWS to meet a maximum of 10 people or more each and inform (educate) them about WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE OFFER as a network while encouraging them to become part of the family.
While doing the above, fellows share the network’s GROUP LINK with them to eventually become a fellow.
DAY 4: Thursday:
DAY 3 POA is repeated. MANAGEMENT (ADMIN) approves the request of the people to join the network’s group platform.
DAY 5: Friday
Conduct Mega Facebook Live Orientation: Here, participants will connect and be admitted as GUESTS live on Facebook to join and participate; so we make the orientation more interactive and engaging as each one share their thoughts or concerns.
DAY 6: Saturday
OPEN DIALOGUE with media outlets: Fellows are encouraged to tune in and hype the dialogue to impact and reach more people.
DAY 7: Sunday
Fellows (individuals) meets with the management via ZOOM to share their experiences, achievements or challenges they have had from DAY 1 to 6 for proper accountability and reviews; which will be used as an assessment to advance our performance towards our next A-DAY.
